independent technician liability
All technicians working within the salons operate as independent self employed professionals and run their own business. The salon provides the workplace and facilities only. Each technician is solely responsible for:

The products and equipment they use

Their treatment pricing and policies

Their insurance and professional qualifications

Their client bookings, payments and refunds ​

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that their agreement for services is directly with the individual technician, not with the salon itself. The salon cannot be held responsible for:

Reactions to products

Service disputes

Refund requests

Pricing or booking policies set by individual technicians ​
Any concerns, complaints or issues relating to a treatment must be raised directly with the technician who carried out the service, as they are solely responsible for their work.
