how do I cancel
To cancel or amend your bookings, please get in touch with your technician directly. Any contact made to The Lacquer Lounge will not be passed onto to your technician
I'm running late
To ensure we provide a high quality service, arrivals more than 10 minutes late after the scheduled booking time will be cancelled and charged as a no show
payments
Our technicians take cash and card, with payments being made at the end of your treatment. A booking fee may be required by your technician
walk ins
We do take walk in appointments on occasion, but please be aware that 95% of our appointments are made in advance so availability may be limited! We strongly recommend booking ahead
children
We have a strict no under 16s policy in our salon to ensure we keep a calm, luxury and peaceful setting. If upon treatment you are under 16, or have any children under 16 accompanying you, your treatment will be cancelled and classed as a no show.
pets
We allow our customers to bring in 1 small dog (under 5kgs) into the salon. Please ensure your dog is clean and kept in control throughout your treatment. We accept service dogs!
telephone appointments
We have made it super easy for you to book online, so we don't take any bookings via telephone, WhatsApp or email. Please head to our booking page to make your appointment. If you run into any issues, please contact your technician direct
