Cancellation Policy

Deposit  To secure your booking, a non refundale 50% deposit is required upfront. Your final balance is due 2 weeks before course date. You also have the option to pay in full. If booked within 2 weeks of the course date, full payment will be due after booking. We will contact you to retrieve full payment. Cancellation If you wish to cancel your space, you must provide a minumum of 14 days notice before your course start date. In this case, you may transfer your booking to a future course date (subject to availability. maximum of 30 days in future). Cancellations made less than 14 days before your course/failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit. and required to pay the outstanding amount. Course bookings are non transferable to another person. Late arrivals & no shows Please arrive on time. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class, as it disrupts the session and other learners. No shows will not be eligible for a refund or course transfer. Course cancellations by the academy In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforseen circumstances (e.g. illnes,, weather, emergency) you will be offered the choice to A. transfer to a new course date or, B. receive a full refund of all payments made. What happens when booking is secured? ​We will send you a whatsapp/email stating the start time of the course booking and also what you may require.  ​ Our courses are fully accredited and taught by an experienced nail educator. Your certificate will be recognised by insurance companies. You must be 16 years or older to attend this course- no refunds will be given if discovered you are under the age.
