Please ensure you have read our policies carefully before booking your appointment. When booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hour of the appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee of the treatment price.
If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment missed.
Please note, no future bookings can be made or carried out until any fee's have been settled and will automatically be cancelled.
Age Restriction
Please be aware there are minimum age restrictions for our treatments will be found below:
Nails - 16 years
Brows - 16 years
Lashes - 16 years
Waxing 18 years
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.
If found at arrival that you do not meet the minimum age requirements, your treatment will not be carried out but you will still be charged as a no show.
Contra-Indication

May not be suitable if:

Your are pregnant or breastfeeding

Under 16

Have a possible allergy to any products

Medical issues that may affect treatment

Taking antibiotics or roaccutane

Have damaged skin/eczema/psoriasis
*Patch test and consultation is required before ALL lamination, lift or tinting treatments are carried out . Please ensure you have booked this in prior to full treatment.
