POLICY

Please ensure you have read our policies carefully before booking your appointment. When booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies. â€‹

*Please note- our team are self employed, each running their own businesses within the salon. Please refer to them direct for policies as they may differ*

Cancellation & Booking

Cancellation:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let your technician know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. ​​

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment, you will be charged a 50% fee of the treatment price.​​

If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.  â€‹â€‹

No shows will be charged 100% of the treatment missed. ​​ *We allow 10 minutes into an appointment before a treatment is cancelled automatically*​​

Please note, no future bookings can be made or carried out until any fee's have been settled and will automatically be cancelled.​

Booking:

New clients will be charged a 50% non refundable  booking fee upon booking. This must be paid within 48 hrs of receiving our deposit link and will be deducted from your treatment. *(If it's been over 1 year since you've visited, a new client fee is applicable ) This fee is non transferable between bookings or technicians.*​​

 

Salon Etiquette:

Please arrive on time for your appointment and not early, as we may not have the space to seat you comfortably whilst you wait and you may be asked to return at the time of your appointment. 

Age Restriction

We are unable to accept children under the age of 16 years old within the salon premises. This is to keep our salon safe, relaxing and running smoothly for everyone. If you bring children along to your appointment, your treatment will be refused, and you will be liable to paying the equivalent to the no show fee of 100% fee of the missed appointment.

Please be aware there are minimum age restrictions for our treatments will be found below:​

Nails - 16 years

Brows - 16 years

Lashes - 16 years

Waxing - 18 years​

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.​

If found at arrival that you do not meet the minimum age requirements, your treatment will not be carried out but you will still be charged as a no show. 

Patch Tests

For eyelash and eyebrow treatments, a patch test is required to be undertaken at least 48 hours prior to treatment. Please ensure you have booked and completed this with your chosen business/technician. 

Failure of this will result in treatment not being given and still being charged. ​​

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Gift Vouchers are only valid with the technician or small business stated on the voucher. (e.g. If you have a The Lacquer Lounge voucher with Chloe, but book with other technician, this will not be valid and you will be charged the full amount with the other technician at the end of your treatment)​​

  • Voucher must be used in one booking and cannot be spread between multiple appointments.

  • Expiry date cannot be extended. 

  • Bookings must be made via the website only. (please state in the appointment notes that a voucher will be used)

  • You must bring the gift voucher to your appointment. 

  • Gift vouchers are non refundable
